This program is free to you and any member of your household. A Care Coordinator is a part of a specialized group of health care advocates trained to know the inner workings of benefit coverages and can guide you on things such as analyzing your bills, reviewing your medical plan, appealing your claim and negotiating on your behalf, if needed.
